The department of Policy and Administration is located on two levels of the new Hiawatha City Hall. Parking and direct access to this department is located on the East entrance of the building.

This department consists of the Mayor, City Administrator, City Clerk, Deputy City Clerk, Finance Director and their supporting staff.
