This information SHALL be to the Community Development Department by noon on the Monday, 4 weeks preceding the Board of Adjustment meeting at which the applicant desires plans to be considered. Regular monthly meetings are held on the second Monday of the month.
Please contact the Hiawatha Community Development Department at: (319) 294-2929 to inquire as to the charges for a regularly scheduled meeting. A special meeting may be requested by the applicant at the cost of $250.00 plus the regular review fee paid by the applicant at the time of the request. Please note: There is still a 4-week review process for all submitted applications.
