This information SHALL be to the Community Development Department by noon on the Monday, 4 weeks preceding the Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at which the applicant desires plans to be considered.  Regular monthly meetings are held on the fourth or last Monday of the month. 

Please contact the Hiawatha Community Development Department at: (319) 294-2929 to inquire as to the charges for plan review for regularly scheduled meetings.  A special meeting may be requested by the applicant at the cost of $250.00 plus the site plan fee paid by the applicant at the time of the request.  Please note: There is still a 4-week review process for all submitted plans.
