Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that will help lower stress, pain, and fatigue, while encouraging joint lubrication and balance. It is particullarly beneficial to those who may have difficulty getting up and down from the floor. This class is lead by certified and trained yoga instructor: Lauren Shuster.
This free event will be held at Hiawatha Public Library and is open to adults. Registration is required. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes that you can workout in.
