This section of 18<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be widened to allow for a new left-turn lane at Blair\u2019s Ferry Road. During this construction, 18<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be one way only southbound for approximately 2 weeks. \u00a0\u00a0A detour for northbound 18<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be established on Miller Road <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HIAWATHA, IA \u2013 October 18, 2019 \u2013<\/strong> 18<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue will be one-way southbound starting Monday October 21, 2019 from Blairs Ferry Road to approximately 600 feet north for pavement widening. Pecks Boulevard will be closed at 18<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue.
