Traffic to use 4th Avenue and Marion Street.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HIAWATHA, IA &#8211; Wednesday, July 8, 2020 &#8211; Willman Street will be closed for resurfacing between 1st Avenue and 4th Avenue. Contractor will be removing the existing curbs and placing a new asphalt overlay. A detour will be established on 4th Avenue.
