Schendel Pest Control of Marshalltown, Iowa as been awarded the 2021 Mosquito Control contract. Mosquito spraying is done with a ULV (ultra-low volume) machine from the back of a truck. Schendel will cover all accessible streets as well as city parks and recreation areas. The product being used is Sumithrin a synthetic pyrethroid. Natural pyrethrin comes from the chrysanthemum flower, making it safe for our city residents.<\/p>\n
