Traffic will be reduced to one lane on Rainbow Blvd and S 11<sup>th<\/sup> Ave during utility installation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HIAWATHA, IA \u2013 July 16, 2021 \u2013<\/strong> Starting Monday, July 26, traffic will be reduced to one lane while the contractor installs storm sewer on the north side of Rainbow Blvd from 11<sup>th<\/sup> Ave to 12<sup>th<\/sup> Ave and both sides of S 11<sup>th<\/sup> Ave from Rainbow Blvd to Emmons St.\u00a0 One lane of traffic will remain open during the duration of the project with the exception of intersection closures at Rainbow Blvd and Eisenhower Rd. Intersection closures are expected to last one week for storm and water main installation as well as concrete pavement restoration. Lane closures will be shifting as the contractor continues storm sewer installation up S 11<sup>th<\/sup> Ave from Rainbow Blvd to Emmons Street.<\/p>\n<p>Thru traffic should expect delays.
