In addition, Eisenhower Road will be closed from 10<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue west 200\u2019 in front of the Fire Station. All traffic will detour on 9<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and Eisenhower Road east of 10<sup>th<\/sup> Ave. This road closure will allow for new storm sewer installation and reconstruction of the pavement in front of the Fire Station. Access to the Buena Vista Apartments located at 961 and 981 Emmons Street will be maintained from 10<sup>th<\/sup> Ave.<\/p>\n<p>Thru traffic should expect delays. Please try to avoid the areas during construction.
