The Technology Association of Iowa (TAI), the statewide voice for Iowa\u2019s technology industry, and the LWBJ names Presentations, Inc.\/Arreya of Hiawatha as one of their 12th Annual LWBJ Prometheus Awards finalist. Presentations, Inc.\/Arreya are nominated as one of the top Leading Software Company of the Year.\u00a0 They are amongst other respected software Programmers-Collective Data, Inc., GlobalVetLINK, Innovative Software Engineering (ISE) and TelePharm.<\/p>\n
The Prometheus Awards are the most prestigious recognition for Iowa\u2019s technology industry and brings together leaders from the tech community to celebrate the year\u2019s most momentous innovations, said Brian Waller, President of TAI. \u201cThese awards show case the great talent and companies in Iowa and further solidify Iowa\u2019s reputation as a tech state,\u201d Waller continued. According to TAI Iowa\u2019s technology industry produces $11 billion annually, which accounts for 8.8 percent of the state\u2019s GDP and employs over 76,000 employees.<\/p>\n
TAI determined the finalist by their contributions to Iowa\u2019s technology community through innovation, development of creative solutions, and demonstration of industry leadership. TAI awards ceremony will be held on April 20, 2017, at the Community Choice Union Convention Center in Des Moines.<\/p>\n
