Traffic to follow marked detour on Center Point Road, Blair\u2019s Ferry Road, and 10<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HIAWATHA, IA \u2013 June 20, 2018 \u2013<\/strong> Emmons Street will be closed starting Friday June 22nd from Center Point Road to 4th Avenue for pavement reconstruction. A detour will be established on Center Point Road, Blair\u2019s Ferry Road, and 10<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue. Temporary access will be provided to all businesses. Access to City Hall front driveway and parking lot to remain open.
