7th Annual Hiawatha Police K9 Golf Outing<\/p>\n

On Sunday, August 4th, 2019 the Hiawatha Police K9 Unit will be hosting our annual 4-Person Best Shot Golf Outing at Hunters Ridge Golf Course in Marion to raise funds to support the K9 Program.<\/p>\n

The proceeds from this fundraising event provide for the continued financial support of the Hiawatha Police K9 Unit and the purchase and training of future K9 teams .\u00a0 The Hiawatha Police K9 Unit, was started in 2005, has been funded and supported thanks to the generous donations of numerous individuals and businesses in the Hiawatha, Marion, and Cedar Rapids community.<\/p>\n

Approximately 20 teams participate each year by golfing and the event is supported annually by over dozens of sponsors that participate as Tournament and Hole Sponsors or donate Raffle Prizes.<\/p>\n
