The Hiawatha State of the City Event, brought to you by HEDCO, will be held at Stillwater Coffee (1275 N Center Point Rd.) on Thursday, Sept. 1 from 4-6 p.m. As always, the City will highlight many of the past years accomplishments and present all the new and exciting things happening in Hiawatha.
New to our State of the City agenda will be our very own Economic Forecast Panel, which will include messages from Mark Robinson of Edward Jones, Steve Neighbor of Farmers State Bank, Craig Byers of Q4 Realty and Marty Hoeger of Ogden & Adams.
This event provides a great networking opportunity for local Hiawatha and Metro business leaders, as well as a chance to socialize with drinks and light appetizers with many of the areas economic development leaders. Following the State of the City presentation will be live music, sponsored by our event host, Stillwater Coffee.
