The Linn County Solid Waste Agency does not accept paper yard waste/leaf bags that have any type of tape or rope on them. These items clog the grinders and cause damage. Hiawatha will not pick up bags that have any type of tape, rope, or staples on them. Dates for next leaf bag pickups are November 10th and November 24th.
