The City of Hiawatha has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified firms to develop and implement a roofing rehabilitation program for owner-occupied, single-family homes belonging to low-and moderate-income residents. This initiative is funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program through the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA).
