The City of Hiawatha Parks and Recreation Department recognizes the current impact of COVID-19. Due to presidential social distancing guidelines, closure dates are set until April 30th at this time.
All playground equipment is closed until further notice.
All Parks and Recreation facility rentals are cancelled until April 30th.
All recreational programming is cancelled until April 30th.
All public ball fields, tennis courts and basketball courts are closed until further notice.
The seasonal opening of public restrooms in parks will be delayed until further notice.
All park trails are still open, please keep a social distance when using.
