Robins Road Closure Tuesday, June 20 through June 22, 2017. Traffic shift to west side of Center Point Road
HIAWATHA, IA – June 16, 2017 – North Center Point / Emmons Street / Robins Road Phase II Intersection improvements will continue to the east side of North Center Point Road between Clark Street and Fisher Street. On Tuesday June 20, 2017, two-way traffic will be switched to the west side of Center Point Road on the newly constructed roadway. Robins Road will be closed June 20, 21st, and 22nd, to construct a new connection to Center Point Road. Robins Road will reopen on June 22nd to through traffic with a 3 way stop. Emmons Street will remain closed to through traffic.
Detour for Robins Road will be provided on Center Point Road and Boyson Road. Detour for Emmons Street will remain on 4th Avenue and Willman Street. A four-way stop sign will remain at Center Point Road and Willman Street.
Through traffic should expect delays. Access to all businesses to remain open.
