Hiawatha contracted with Pate Asphalt of Marion, Iowa to complete an asphalt overlay of “B” Avenue from Clark Street to Tucker Street. Cleaning and street repairs were completed in one day and the asphalt surface was completed the following week in one day.
The project was funded with the Road Use Tax.
