HIAWATHA, IA – AUGUST 5, 2016 – Illowa Investment Inc. will begin crack sealing of streets at various locations throughout Hiawatha. The first process of crack sealing can create dust while they are cleaning out the cracks to prepare for filling sealant within the crack. All streets will remain open – travel may be restricted to a single lane. Work will take about a week for completion, depending on weather.
