HIAWATHA, IA – July 24, 2017 – North Center Point / Emmons Street / Robins Road Phase II Intersection improvements will continue to the east side of Center Point Road between Clark Street and Robins Road. On Tuesday July 25 2017, Emmons Street will be reopened to the new intersection. Robins Road will also be opened to the new intersection. The new intersection will operate as a 4-way stop condition until such time as the signals can be completed and become operational. The four-way stop detour route will be removed at Center Point Road and Willman Street.
Through traffic should expect delays. Access to all businesses to remain open.
