North Center Point/Emmons Street/Robins Road Phase I Utility Work continues onto Emmons Street beginning Tuesday, August 23, 2016
Robins Road will be open at the end of the work day Monday, August 22, 2016 with Emmons Street closed from 4th Avenue to Center Point Road to through traffic beginning Tuesday, August 23, 2016 morning.
Detours for Emmons Street access will be provided for all east and west traffic on 4th Avenue and Willman Street.
Traffic should expect delays. The project is expected to take approximately two weeks for completion.
