Blairs Ferry Family Pharmacy has partnered with City of Hiawatha to protect your families and take back your unneeded or expired medications and properly dispose of them. Prescription medications, patches, ointments, medication for pets, and over-the-counter drugs will be accepted. Items like syringes, inhalers and aerosols will not be accepted.

Glasses & Hearing Aid Disposal by Hiawatha Lions Club

Everyday, recycled eyeglasses help children read, adults succeed and seniors maintain their independence. Recycled hearing aids are refurbished to meet the needs of those hard of hearing locally, sent with hearing care professionals on mission trips to developing nations or credited for parts which in turn is applied towards the purchase of new hearing aids for persons who have limited abilities to pay. Please donate your unwanted eyeglasses and hearing aids to help those in need.
