The City of Hiawatha is taking bids for Phase 2 – Emmons Street/North Center Point Road/Robins Road Intersection Improvements Project.
The Work generally consists of reconstruction of intersection of North Center Point Road and Robins Road to create a safer intersection for vehicles and pedestrians. Improvements include PCC paving, traffic signal, storm sewer and landscaping enhancements.
