North Center Point Road/Emmons Street/ Robins Road Intersection Improvement – Phase I

The first phase of the North Center Point/Emmons/Robins Intersection is approximately 80% complete and Robins Road has been reopened to traffic. Emmons Street west of North Center Point Road is now closed for final connections of the new water main and franchise utility conduit. A detour has been established on 4th Avenue to Willman Street and a 4-way stop has been temporarily installed at Willman Street and North Center Point Road. The project is scheduled to be complete with the final cleaning and seeding to take place in the next few weeks. The Phase II project is scheduled for construction later this year.

The project is funded with capital project funds, LOST funds and water revenue funds.

This confirmation of payment needs to be done to verify your account information with our newly updated GWorks Software. The updating process is simple, just contact our office at 319-393-5556 prior to October 1, 2024 to have this updated before the next auto payment occurs.
Any account which is not updated prior to 10/14/2024, will have their next ACH payment returned. A returned ACH payment could lead to an extra charge and/or a disruption in water service.
