Northbrook Drive NE from Nixon Drive to Cimarron Dr NE will be under construction for bridge repairs.
HIAWATHA, IA – June 5, 2023 – Starting Wednesday, June 7, 2023, Northbrook Dr NE will be closed to thru traffic between Nixon Dr and Cimarron Dr NE. The City of Cedar Rapids is doing bridge repairs over Dry Run Creek in this location. Traffic will be rerouted to Boyson Road NE using Council St and Robins Rd.
Please try to avoid this area during construction. The repair project is expected to be completed at the beginning of August.
