You can receive your Hiawatha Water Bill by email – all you need to do is click on this FrontDesk link that will take you to our payment portal where you can create an online account. By creating an online account, you will:
Get your bills by email
Be able to view your bill on the Utilities tab
Set up your account for automatic withdrawal from a checking or savings account or even a credit or debit card if you so choose on the Pay Bills tab.
Once you create your online account, you will receive your next bill by email. Bills are due by the 20th of every month. If you sign-up for Automatic Withdrawal, the payment will come out on the 15th of every month.
