DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCEMENT
196 New Luxury Apartment Homes Coming Soon to Hiawatha
Co-development by Anthony Properties and Perry Reid Properties
Perry Reid Properties, based in Lincoln, Nebraska, in partnership with Anthony Properties of Dallas, Texas, has announced groundbreaking to construct a new “Class A” multi-family community in Hiawatha. Buoyed by the successful and rapid lease-up of the 178-unit The Enclave at Dry Creek, the companies have purchased an additional site which will accommodate a total of 196 new units.
Similar to The Enclave at Dry Creek, the planned development will feature thoughtfully designed apartment homes with large living areas, lofty ceilings, spacious bedrooms, walk-in closets, granite countertops, top-of-the line appliances, full-size washer-dryers and oversized patios or balconies. Studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units will be available.
Craig Reid, CEO of Perry Reid, explains, “The Enclave at Dry Creek has enjoyed remarkable success since day one. Units have been leased as soon as they become available. Clearly, there continues to be a strong demand for spacious, high-quality multi-family communities in Linn County. We are delighted to have the opportunity to meet more of that demand with this additional project.”
The Crossing on Boyson, located on Boyson Road and Robins Road, will include seven 28-unit buildings with “tuck under” attached and detached garages. Residents will enjoy a wide range of amenities including a large central clubhouse featuring a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, free hi-speed wi-fi and a fully equipped business center. Additional enhancements will include a resort-style swimming pool, patio for grilling, bike storage and repair shop, and a stateof-the-art 24-hour fitness center. Professional management and maintenance staff will be onsite to always greet and assist residents.
Brian Shiu, Vice-President of Development at Anthony Properties, adds “Thanks to the success of The Enclave, we now have an experienced team of professionals that will facilitate the entire development and construction process. We look forward to working with the City of Hiawatha to help meet the strong demand for housing in the area.”
The opening for the project is scheduled for summer 2023, with pre-leasing to begin in the spring of 2023.
